Based on our Eight20 (Thames water) contract you will work specifically for the Streetworks team.

You will have a broad range of responsibilities;

  • Primarily responsible for management, performance, analysis and providing project support to the project team within its planned scope, schedule and budget, while serving as a liaison for the project's technical, functional and non-functional teams.
  • Management of implementation and technical management of all work management systems including software, hardware, mobile application and development and project innovation and training.
  • To support the Streetworks Manager, in the daily and monthly performance of the street works team and systems. The successful applicant will be required to  attend meetings and training new staff and contractors onto the team and training on the mobile devices.  To support in accordance with business operations and TMA/NRWSA, you will be integral in the successful application of our works management system. To provide support to field operations in managing a fully optimised workforce, meeting service performance standards and deadlines.

Bringing previous streetworks experience and knowledge on New Road, Street Works Act and Traffic Management act, you will have excellent communication skills and have experience with excellent customer service skills and stakeholder management. Ideally you’ll need database administration experience including data-entry and basic reporting, also IT proficiency and reporting and analytical skills. A background in Utilities while helpful, is not essential as full training will be provided.

Driving licence preferable as site visits occasionally required
