Intern Quantity Surveyor – London - 2019 Programme

Our intern programme will help you to find out more about your chosen profession, whilst still studying at university. We will support you to gain experience through an engaging and insightful eight week or year-out placement.


As an Intern Quantity Surveyor you will be given the opportunity to join us for a full year, on a 52 week placement which will include completing tender analysis and the preparation of tender and contract documents.

What you’ll do:

·         Complete site measurement and records, day work sheets, labour and plant returns

·         Procurement of Sub-Contract packages 

·         Valuations and measurements (including take-off from drawings, variations etc.)

·         Preparation of contract documents including preparing scopes, sub-contract warranties etc.)

·         Complete various tasks in order to support the project team

·         Be given support to complete an insightful and engaging placement

Who you are:

·         Studying to degree level, completing a Masters or Bachelor’s degree in a Quantity Surveying

·         Naturally analytical and have a clear vision of your chosen career.
