Predominately focused on delivering solutions on water and waste water treatments sites, the works also includes clean water trunk mains and reservoir works. Under the Alliance you’ll work alongside and collaborate with other Alliance partners to deliver smart solutions within a fast track delivery environment and form strong partnerships with clients, the supply chain, other stakeholders and communities to deliver infrastructure improvements.


We are looking for a EICA Coordinator, working within the Welsh Water Framework, across water and wastewater projects. You will have a broad range of responsibilities;

  • Providing effective technical EICA co-ordination between design, supply chain, site and commissioning teams at project level through the end-to-end project lifecycle.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager and Design Lead to ensure optimum EICA solutions are implemented.
  • Ensure transparent, efficient, cost effective and co-ordinated delivery of EICA elements of projects.
  • Provide technical challenge to designers and supply chain on EICA elements of design.
  • Drive collaboration between all organisations and disciplines in particular between design and construction, ensure the working environment is inclusive.

Bringing experience of EICA Engineering background, particularly in design and delivery in the water industry, with a keen eye for detail, environmental and health and safety are at the foremost of your delivery. You will preferably hold a relevant professional qualification but we will be supportive of any studies.
Significant experience of EICA plant and equipment systems essential and experience across all stages of a project lifecycle. Ideally you will have an understanding of digital engineering in design and construction phases as well as have some experience of industrialised construction.
