The primary objective of this position is to provide administrative support to the EHS department including: data entry and database maintenance, document control, and report generation. This position reports to and receives direction from the EHS Director.

What You’ll Do
  • Data entry in safety databases
  • Archive digital and hard copy documents
  • Generate safety reports
  • Maintain departmental schedule
  • Manage/coordinate craft drug testing programs
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings 
  • Coordinate and set up training classes
  • Maintain training database
  • Arrange travel and events for EHS team
What We’re looking for
  • Computer knowledge and efficiency, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Must be assertive and self-starter
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Functions effectively as part of a team
  • Dependable
  • Discipline to see tasks through to completion
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • High school diploma required
  • Minimum 5 years of related administrative experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or completion of related college courses preferred
  • Transportation required as the role may support multiple job locations, and may require some local travel/driving
